The operations of the P&C are managed by an Executive committee working through a number of subcommittees. The P&C functions as a highly-effective small business. It is run by volunteers, but it employs a number of paid staff in the band program, the canteen and the uniform shop – a few of its business operations.
The P&C holds meetings once a term, normally in week 5. Members have the chance to vote on decisions, including P&C project funding, and provide feedback on aspects of the school's operations.
