Getting involved at school

Beaumont Road Public School warmly welcomes parents' involvement in the life of the school. Every aspect of school life is greatly enhanced by active parent support and participation. We'd love you to get involved too.

There are opportunities for parents to get involved in a wide variety of activities such as:

• Helping in the school canteen

• Curriculum support such as class reading and maths groups

• Excursions

• Fundraising and community activities

• Attending P&C Meetings

• Serving on the P&C Executive

• Providing literacy support as a reading tutor (training provided)

• Becoming a Class Parent

• Joining a P&C sub-committee (e.g. band, uniform, canteen, fundraising, technology and special projects such as building)

• Covering new library books
