You can join the P&C at any time in the school year, although most people join at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Term 1.
The following are the steps to joining the P&C:
- Complete a membership application form.
- Bring the completed form and the membership fee ($1) and subscription ($2) to your first P&C meeting You can also hand the form and monies in to the school office.
- The P&C Secretary checks that you meet the membership criteria and that your application is complete. The Secretary will find two current members to countersign your form if necessary.
- The Secretary adds your name to the membership register.
- You can vote at the next P&C meeting you attend.
- Remember to renew your membership each year by paying the $2 annual subscription at the AGM.
