Membership Application

You can join the P&C at any time in the school year, although most people join at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Term 1.

The following are the steps to joining the P&C:

1. Complete a membership application form.
2. Bring the completed form and the membership fee ($1) and subscription ($2) to your first P&C meeting You can also hand the form and monies in to the school office.
3. The P&C Secretary checks that you meet the membership criteria and that your application is complete. The Secretary will find two current members to countersign your form if necessary.
4. The Secretary adds your name to the membership register.
5. You can vote at the next P&C meeting you attend.
6. Remember to renew your membership each year by paying the $2 annual subscription at the AGM.
